FREE DITEL CAPTURE SOFTWARE

To facilitate the handling and storage of large amounts of data from any industrial process, the “DITEL CAPTURE” software has been developed for data acquisition that can be recorded in Excel on a PC.  

This new software is the perfect simple solution to monitor and control any industrial process (and its subsequent analysis) which requires a graphical representation of its data.

Ditel Capture has been developed for the family of Kosmos digital panel meters  fitted with appropriate interface (RS2, RS4, RS4P and RS6) outputs  and allows connection for 1 to 32 different  models including PICA100-P, MICRA’S, ALPHA’S, BETA’S and KAPPA.  

This software is completely FREE for our digital panel meter customers and compatible with Windows operating systems 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000 and XP. 

Data acquired from several measurements is converted to graphs with up to four graphics simultaneously on the screen. Each one is scaled separately to be ideally configured for analysing the results.

DITEL Capture acquires data, represents graphically and stores readings for up to 32 of any instrument (from Kosmos Series), via serial port communication RS232 or RS485 and supports DITEL (ASCII), ISO 1745 or Modbus protocols.

The installation of this software can be setup  in the following languages: Spanish, French and English.  

DITEL Capture Software allows you to transfer data from DITEL Series Kosmos instruments to a PC. 

This converts the details of a process into a graphical display with precisely measured units.  

GENERAL FEATURES  

DITEL Capture acquires, represents graphically and stores readings of any DITEL instrument (from Kosmos Series), via serial port, type of communication RS232 or RS485 and supports DITEL (ASCII), ISO 1745 or Modbus protocols.

•  Data acquired is converted to graphs, able to represent several measurements with up to four graphics simultaneously on the screen. Each one is scaled separately to be ideally suited for the results analysis stage.

• DITEL Capture allows you to get the sampling instant and the sample value graphically using the Plot Bars.
• To achieve full portability, DITEL Capture retrieves the results in only Excel reading format, guaranteeing at the same time the quality of the results.
• Allows you to graphically view results previously saved and to print them.
• Allows you to set program set points or to resort to the instrument set points if you have the corresponding option installed on your instrument.
• Allows you to agree to the configuration programs (Wkos programs) of each instrument, in order to adapt the parameters to the process in question.

With the MICRA family it is possible to read or modify, via a PC but restricted to the values indicated in the corresponding manual. 

In respect of the ALPHA, BETA, GAMMA, MICRA and KAPPA families and PICA100-P, these can be completely configured. It is possible to obtain dynamic readings and also to set up a complete configuration (included options) that can be printed or stored in file for later use when the PC is connected with the instrument.
