Load cell digital indicator. Low cost and with a scaleable display from –1999 to 9999 with decimal point position programming , that it accepts signals from ±30 mV or ±300 mV selectable by programming to fit a wide range of load cells in the market. Supplying excitation, by inside jumper, of 5 V or 10 V DC for a maximum load of 30 mA. The JUNIOR-LCC and JUNIOR20-LCC digital panel meters, indicators and controllers incorporates a 20 mm digit display that makes easy measurement reading. It has the TARE function by keyboard and remote by the connector. The TARE function by keyboard is lockable by programming. It accepts the 2RE output option with various programmable working methods, and it has a quick access to the setpoint values programming to help changing the setpoint values. |
The JUNIOR-PRC and JUNIOR20-PRC digital panel meters, indicators and controllers are instruments that accept any voltage or current process signal to measure process variables with direct indication in engineering units. Fully software programmable, the JR-PRC and JR20-PRC provides selectable input type (±10V DC or ±20mA DC) and excitation output to feed the transducer @ 24V. Two scaling methods to program the display to match desired application. Optionally, it can be equipped with a 2-relay control output card (2RE). |
The JUNIOR-VDC and JUNIOR20-VDC digital panel meters, indicators and controllers are instruments that admit DC voltage signals up to 600V. By connection to a tachogenerator, this model can display velocity in engineering units. Fully keyboard programmable, the JR-VDC and JR20-VDC provides selectable input, two scaling methods (by keyboard or by applying input levels). |
The JUNIOR-VAC and JUNIOR20-VAC digital panel meters, indicators and controllers are instruments that admit AC voltage signals up to 600V. Fully keyboard programmable, the JR-VAC and JR20-VAC provides selectable input, two scaling methods (by keyboard or by applying input levels). |
The JUNIOR-ADC and JUNIOR20-ADC digital panel meters, indicators and controllers are instruments that admit DC current signals up to 5A. Fully keyboard programmable, the JR-ADC and JR20-ADC provides selectable input, two scaling methods (by keyboard or by applying input levels). |
The JUNIOR-AAC and JUNIOR20-AAC digital panel meters, indicators and controllers are instruments that admit AC current signals up to 5A. Fully keyboard programmable, the JR-AAC and JR20-AAC provides selectable input, two scaling methods (by keyboard or by applying input levels). |
The JUNIOR-TPT and JUNIOR20-TPT digital panel meters, indicators and controllers are small format, 3¾ digit instruments designed for temperature measurement with an input stage prepared for connection of Pt100 sensors with three wires. Software configuration allows selection of reading units (Celsius or Fahrenheit) and resolution (degrees or tenths of degree). Optionally, it can be equiped with a 2-relay control output card (2RE). This option provides an output connector at the rear of the meter, status LED’s visible from the front and specific programming routines which are enabled automatically once the card is installed. |
The JUNIOR-TTC and JUNIOR20-TTC digital panel meters, indicators and controllers are small format, 3¾ digit instruments designed for temperature measurement with an input stage prepared for connection of thermocouples J, K or T sensors. Software configuration allows selection of sensor, reading units (Celsius or Fahrenheit) and resolution (degrees or tenths of degree) and offset. Optionally, it can be equipped with a 2-relay control output card (2RE). This option provides an output connector at the rear of the meter, status LED’s visible from the front and specific programming routines which are enabled automatically once the card is installed. |
The JUNIOR/JUNIOR20-TAC digital panel meters, indicators and controllers accept, as selected via DIP-switch, the
most usual transducers or pulse generators, to make the functions of a
frequency meter, tachometer for rpm or rate meter with programmable
display to measure velocity in engineering units. The software inside allows selecting the measurement type (frequency, rpm, rate), scaling the display to suit desired units and modifying the internal sampling time and limit time to adapt the meter to the specific application. Optionally, it can be equipped with a 2-relay control output card (2RE). |
The JUNIOR-IMP and JUNIOR20-IMP digital panel meters, indicators and controllers are counters that can display two variables; the number of pulses of the actual process, and a total of accumulated pulses during several measures, both multiplied by a programmable factor. Accepts, by a DIP-switch selection, the most commonly used pulse generators, with a programmable factor range from 0,001 to 9,999; and an offset (initial counting value) programmable from 0 to 9999. Reset by keyboard or remote. The counting is always ascending unidirectional. Totalizer up to 999999 (informative only) visualized in to parts.Accepts the 2RE output option (works with the counting value not the total), with various programmable work modes. |
Digital panel meters, indicators and controller instruments designed to measure electrical
resistances within the ranges: 0.0 to 999.9 Ohm. 0 to 9999 Ohm. 0.00 to 99.99 kOhm. Enhanced with the possibility of working with CAL system , that allows to make direct measures in Ohm using one of the three specified ranges above mentioned. And mode User that allows programming for an specific range of resistance a display range with the desired engineering unit, and additionally in this mode can be used the programming methode Teach, that allows applying the actual value of input values, to make the whole scale of instrument. The model JR20-RES with a display with 20 mm high digits makes easy reading at long distance. Accepts 2RE option with several programmable ways of working, delay or hysteresis, high or low and with quick access to programming setpoint values to be easy to change the point of working the instrument. Two red LED indicate the relays function. |
