Displacement transducers cover the measurement ranges of 1mm up to 2000mm.

LVDT displacement  transducer characteristics:
High reliability, accuracy and stability, proven by many years of use in the most adverse conditions. 

DC models are protected from incorrect power connection.

Special LVDT displacement transducers are capable of working in extreme temperature and pressure conditions and can cope with hostile environments. In all our construction we use the best stainless steel and other materials guaranteeing many years of use.

AC transducers powered 2000mVrms or 1000mVrms and 5kHz or 1kHz are made in groups:

PTx series LVDT  - f 14 mm, measurement range: ± 3 mm...  ± 150mm

                                (Underwater versions of this model are available)

 

PJx series LVDT   - f 19 mm, measurement range: ± 10 mm... ± 200 mm

 

PJs series LVDT   - f 14÷28 mm, measurement range: ± 25 mm... ± 200 mm

For hydraulic systems

 

PLx series LVDT  - f 28 mm, measurement range: ± 250 mm... ±2000 mm

 

PSx series LVDT - f 14 mm, measurement range: ± 0,5 mm... ± 50mm
These are spring transducers.

 

PSa series LVDT   - f 25 mm, measurement range: ± 5 mm... ± 10 mm
For stability checking of dam concrete blocks. Can work in water. 

Output signal 700mV rms ±10%.

 

 

DC transducers powered 15V DC with output signal ±10V DC are made in groups:

 

PSz series LVDT - f 19 mm, measurement range: ± 2,5 mm... ± 50 mm

These have return springs.

 

PSe series LVDT   - f 25 mm, measurement range: ± 5 mm... ± 10 mm
Similar to PSa series. Output signal: 4-20mA or 0-20mA

These have return springs.

 

PIz series LVDT  - f19 mm, measurement range: ± 10mm... ± 150 mm

 

PNy series LVDT  - f 9 mm, measurement range: ± 2,5 mm... ± 5 mm
Spring or pneumatic transmitters. For kinescope lamp dimensions checking.

PJy series - f 19 mm, measurement range: ± 10 mm... ± 200 mm. Transducer with integral signal conditioner. Output signal (3-wire): ±10Vdc, ±5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, 0-5Vdc, 4-20mA or 0-20mA. Supply: 24Vdc.

MPL1012 series  single channel LVDT meter  - electronic measurement equipment for use in conjunction with AC LVDT displacement transducers. 

These units supply power to the transducer and convert the output signal to standard current or voltage readings.

 

MPL2012 series  two channel LVDT meter  - electronic measurement equipment for use in conjunction with AC LVDT displacement transducers. 

These units supply power to the transducer and convert the output signal to standard current or voltage readings.

 

PWC series is a group of board based LED digital displays suited for use with pressure or linear displacement apparatus. They have standard current or voltage inputs and can be calibrated to any units: with 3,5 digit or 4,5 digit display powered by 220V, 50Hz or 24V DC in a standard casing with 48x96mm window.

All our measurement technology is rigorously tested for quality and finally calibrated using specialist precision equipment and computer systems. The customer receives delivery of the instrument complete with certificate of performance characteristics.
